Shipping & Delivery Policy

Takneek OS (takneek.in) is a software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Everything is delivered electronically to the email address and account used at purchase.

1. What you receive and when

Self-serve license purchases: your license key and login instructions are emailed automatically as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
Done-for-you plans (branded build / setup): onboarding begins within 1–2 business days of payment. Your live environment, domain and staff logins are handed over on completion of the agreed setup, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the plan and how quickly content is provided.
Add-ons: enabled on your account within 1–2 business days of purchase.

2. Delivery confirmation

A payment receipt is sent by email at the time of purchase, and a separate email confirms when your access is ready. If you have paid and not received the access email within the timelines above, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will resend it.

3. Service availability

The service is provided online and is available to clients in India. There are no shipping charges, customs or delivery fees, as nothing is physically dispatched.
