Terms of service

Takneek Social helps a business plan, write, design and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and YouTube, with an approval step before posts go out. It is meant for business use by people aged 18 or over.

Keep your login private and tell us at once if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the details you give us.

Prices for customers outside India are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and are charged in US dollars through our payment provider, Razorpay. A free trial, where offered, needs no card.

Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes that may apply in your country. If we are required to collect a tax, we show it before you pay. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the refund policy.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or approve: text, images, logos and videos. You give us permission to store, process and publish that content to the accounts you connect, only so the service can do what you ask.

Posts and images drafted by AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reading them before they go live, and for making sure what you publish is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

You can disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting stops our access and deletes the stored access tokens.

• Post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing, or that breaks the rules of the platform it is posted to.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message people on WhatsApp who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits and licence checks.
• Resell the service or share one account between unrelated businesses.

Takneek Social works with Instagram and Facebook (Meta), Google (Business Profile and YouTube) and other services. Using those features means you also follow their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Google, Meta or YouTube. They can change or limit their services, and we are not responsible for that or for any action they take against your account.

We work to keep the service running and improving, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or plans, and we will give notice of any change that makes a paid plan materially worse.

We cannot promise a number of followers, customers, reviews or a ranking in Google. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing removes consumer rights you have where you live.

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any right to bring a claim in your home country and to rely on the mandatory consumer laws there.
