Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription

• You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time by writing to support@takneek.in from your registered email, or from your dashboard billing settings where available.
• On cancellation, your service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is not renewed after that.
• Monthly plans: the current month is not refunded.
• Annual prepaid plans: within the first 30 days you may request a refund of the unused whole months, less a 10% administration fee. No refund of an annual plan applies after 30 days.

2. One-time setup, build and migration fees

One-time fees (branded build, onboarding, data migration, shoot days and similar) cover bespoke work. They are fully refundable if you cancel before that work has started. Once onboarding has begun they are non-refundable, because the work has been done specifically for you.

3. Add-ons

Recurring add-ons follow the subscription rules above. One-time add-ons are non-refundable once delivered. WhatsApp conversation top-ups and third-party pass-through charges (ad spend, domain registration, payment-gateway fees) are non-refundable once incurred.

4. How refunds are processed

• Approved refund requests are confirmed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
• We do not process refunds as cash or to a different account.

5. Service issues

If the service is materially not working as described and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after you report it, contact us — we will work out a fair remedy, which may include a credit or a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
