Users leveraging Takneek OS WhatsApp Cloud API integrations warrant that all end-recipients have explicitly opted in to receive transactional communications and service updates.
Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or violation of Meta’s Commerce and Messaging policies is strictly prohibited.
Access to Takneek OS enterprise modules is governed by active SaaS licenses verified via our centralized license server (takneek.in/api/license/verify). Tampering with license keys or attempting unauthorized satellite database bypass is a violation of these Terms.
