By accessing or using Takneek OS (accessible via https://takneek.in) and associated satellite CRM and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service
Takneek OS delivers enterprise multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), including medical clinic management systems (Takneek Clinic), chartered accountant financial suites (Takneek Nexis), social marketing automation tools (Takneek Social), and administrative command centers.
These Terms govern all accounts, administrative users, staff logins, API integrations, and tenant satellite connections.
2. WhatsApp Business & Messaging Acceptable Use
Users leveraging Takneek OS WhatsApp Cloud API integrations warrant that all end-recipients (patients, clients, customers) have explicitly opted in to receive transactional communications, OTP authentications, appointment reminders, and billing receipts.
Unsolicited bulk marketing, unsolicited broadcast campaigns, spam, or violation of Meta Platforms Inc.'s Commerce and Business Messaging Policies is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of API integration.
3. SaaS Subscriptions & License Verification
Access to Takneek OS enterprise modules is governed by active SaaS licenses verified through our centralized license authentication server (takneek.in/api/license/verify).
Tampering with license keys, attempting reverse engineering, unauthorized database spoofing, or bypassing satellite security controls constitutes a direct material violation of these Terms and will result in immediate license revocation and account termination.
4. YouTube API Services & Google Integration
Takneek OS's video publishing and analytics features utilize YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google/YouTube account or scheduling and publishing video content via Takneek OS, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's privacy practices described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You may revoke Takneek OS's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings. Disconnection immediately stops all Google API access and deletes your stored authentication tokens.
